Butter Cake
A simple but delightfully heavy, rich and moist cake.

Ingredients
- Nestle Butter 250gm
- Sugar 250gm
- Flour 250gm
- Eggs 4
- Baking Powder 7gm
- Vanilla Essence 15ml
Preparation

1Beat Butter & sugar until light & fluffy.

2Then gradually add eggs until mixed.

3Sieve the flour & baking powder together.

4Lastly fold in flour

5Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 180°C
